REEL CANADA and the Canadian Film Institute are proud to present this special screening of the classic film John and the Missus (1987), written and directed by Gordon Pinsent, and featuring one of his many Genie Award-winning performances.
This free event will be followed by a virtual Q&A with one of Pinsent’s longtime friends, renowned actress (and fellow Newfoundlander) Mary Walsh.
This event is part of a nationwide tribute to the late Canadian icon Gordon Pinsent, as part of the 10th Annual National Canadian Film Day celebrations.
